From Michigan to the mountains, my path has always been rooted in movement, music, and finding purpose.

I grew up in Ann Arbor with a deep love for dance and sports, so I’ve always known that moving my body would be part of my life. It wasn’t until college at Michigan State that everything really clicked. That’s where I found group fitness and realized it was never just about the workout. It was about the energy in the room, the shared experience, and how powerful it feels to move and grow together.

Music has been there through every phase of my life. I’ve believed for as long as I can remember that it’s magic. It can shift your energy, change your mindset, and connect people instantly. Over time, that connection naturally led me into the world of electronic music and a deeper fascination with how sound is created and how it has the power to shift your energy and bring people together.

I believe fitness goes far beyond physical health. For me, movement and music have been a huge part of my mental and emotional wellbeing. Group fitness and music have always given me a place where I feel like I belong and a reminder that I’m never alone and that’s the feeling I want every person in my class to experience. I believe in the power of community and in building rooms where people feel seen, encouraged, and like they truly belong, not just during class, but beyond it. As an instructor, I bring a high energy, playful, and positive approach. Expect a lot of encouragement, a little bit of goofiness, and an environment where you can work hard, be yourself, and not take it all too seriously.

Combining my love for music with beat driven movement is the foundation of everything I teach. Whether the class is fitness or yoga inspired, the movement is built to flow with the sound, creating a rhythm that helps you drop in, feel present, and connect more deeply to yourself and the experience.

My classes are more than a workout. They are a full body, full mind experience. A space to celebrate what your body is capable of, guided by playlists that are intentionally crafted to lift the energy, shift your mindset, and take you somewhere beyond the studio.

Moving to Denver changed everything for me. The mountains, the music scene, and the community here made me feel more like myself than ever before. Move with A2 grew out of that energy and the desire to create something bigger than a class. It’s about bringing people together through movement and sound and building a space where everyone feels connected, supported, and fully in their element.
